for teams

The whole room, mapped in one report.

Every member of your team takes the 37-question assessment on their own, privately. Nobody sees an individual's raw answers, not even you. What you get back is one aggregated report that shows where curiosity, creativity and connectedness are, or aren't, translating into engagement, satisfaction and wellbeing, across the group.

It's built to answer one question precisely: where should the next development budget go, into developing people, or into developing the culture around them, and where exactly.
