This explains what 37 Questions collects, why, and what we do with it. It's written in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, get in touch.
The free individual assessment. You'll need to create an account on the assessment site to take it, just your name and email address. Beyond that, we collect your answers to the 37 questions, used to generate your capacity and climate scores.
The team version. Each team member's answers, plus basic contact details for the person setting up the assessment for their organisation. Individual answers are never shown to anyone else at the organisation, including the person who set it up. What leaders see is the aggregated, anonymised team report.
Getting in touch. If you email us, we keep that correspondence in order to reply and follow up.
To generate your result. To build the aggregated team report, for team assessments. To create anonymised, aggregated data that feeds our own ongoing research and reports into workplace capacity and climate. To respond if you've contacted us. We don't use your answers for anything beyond these purposes.
We never sell your data. We never show an individual's raw answers to their employer, colleagues, or anyone else, only the anonymised, aggregated version goes into a team report. We never use your answers to make decisions about your employment, that's not what this tool is for.
As it stands, this site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes, for example if we add analytics, this page will be updated and you'll be asked for consent where required.
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch and we'll sort it out.
